APPLICATION FORM FOR UNDERGRADUATE COURSE

Applications can be obtained on payment of Rs. 500/- DD in favor of Saveetha Amaravati University, payable at Vijayawada. Applications are also available on our university website www.saveethaamaravati.university/admissions

FILLING THE APPLICATION FORM

• The application form should be filled in BLOCK letter in the candidate's own handwriting using Blue / Black ball pen.

• Affix a recent passport size photograph in the spaces provided in the application form.

• The application form must be filled up in all respects. Incompletely filled application forms will be summarily rejected.

• The downloaded & duly filled application has to be sent along with DD of Rs. 500 in favour  of "Saveetha Amaravati University", payable  at Vijayawada  should be sent to ADMISSION OFFICER at the following Address through speed post :
  "ADMISSION OFFICER, Saveetha Amaravati University, 3rd Floor, Vaishnavi Complex, Gurunanak Colony, Opp. Executive Club,  Near Dr. Ramesh Hospital Junction Vijayawada - 520008".

• Soft copy of the Application Form can be sent to admission@saveethaamaravati.university

• Completed application forms should reach ADMISSION OFFICE  on or before 31.08.2023. 

• The University is not responsible for any postal delay.
